Helitune: Applying an Agile approach to an aerospace concept
Helitune are at the forefront of the aerospace industry, providing on board and portable applications and rotortuner solutions. Many of Helitune’s projects are of a highly confidential nature due to their expertise in vibration monitoring, rotor track and balance systems.
We were approached to support the in-house developers and engineers, with all software strictly adhering to the industry and safety-critical standard of DO-178B.
Through collaboration we successfully introduced a flexible, Agile-influenced approach, delivering the project on time and to budget, within a very formal and rigid industry.

- Complying to aerospace standards. It was essential that all software created complied with the DO-178B industry standard, this was achieved through extensive research and dedication.
