Salary: £24,000 – £40,000 (+ relocation costs if required)

About you:
We are looking for passionate, open-minded software engineers from all backgrounds, who seek technically challenging software projects to join a positive workplace full of intelligent, friendly people. A good level of C, C++ or C# programming skills are essential for this job. Our working practices are based on agile principles: TDD, BDD, pair programming, sprints and retrospectives and any experience of these are beneficial. An ability to problem solve, work to a high standard and work effectively in a team is essential. Common aspects of our teams’ culture include a strong drive to improve the habitability of our software, efficient and open communication between members, and shared responsibility for design and implementation. We review our fellow team members’ work all the time, and embrace the opportunity to improve. Formal academic qualifications are not required for this role, but strong software development skills are.
