May 2016 saw the first ever Mob Programming conference hosted in Boston, where our very own Jeremy flew out to run mobbing sessions and speak about Bluefruit’s experience with this exciting new programming method. We can’t wait for next year!

In this year’s Business Cornwall ‘Top 20 Influential Business Figures’ list, we were excited to see Paul’s face smiling back at us! A well-deserved ranking alongside big Cornish names such as Kim Conchie (Cornwall Chamber of Commerce), Phil Geraghty(Crowdfunder UK), James Staughton (St. Austell Brewery) and Rick Stein (The Seafood Restaurant), it was a proud moment for all of us!

The Agile Summer Huddle + Software Cornwall Work Experience Week

In the Summer we became quite the hub for young people learning about all things software development! Not only did we host the annual Agile Summer School for the third year (seeing 10+ young adults learn about programming in a commercial environment), we also 35 students from across 16 schools in Cornwall join us for a ‘Mission to Mars’ tech work experience week!

This Autumn we headed down to Penryn for some sun, sea and software at the 8th year of Agile on the Beach! With over 350 attendees from tech businesses across the world, it’s always a fantastic opportunity to share our expertise through our 2 talks on implementing TDD and our ‘Seven Years Implementing Agile’.
